We are looking for a long-term, enthusiastic, full-time admin assistant to join our team in South Liverpool. Someone who is approachable, works well within a team and and shares our high standards, values and commitment to customer service.
You will need:
· At least 2 years’ previous experience in the property market, preferable with residential property.
· Minimum qualifications of GCSE’s or equivalent in English Language, Mathematics and one science subject.
· An ability to type 60 wpm with experience of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel as well as an understanding of administrative IT systems, including surveyors’ diaries and appointments.
· An attention to detail and accuracy.
· A friendly and professional telephone manner and capable of converting enquiries into successful instructions.
· An ability to effectively communicate across a wide range of clients and customers including members of the public and business clients.
· A desire to prioritise workloads, learn and improve office performance and SLA’s.
· An appreciation of professional standards including data protection and conflicts of interest.
· To be a UK citizen and hold a full UK driving licence.
· To be trustworthy, well presented and meet our minimum standards of dress code.
· To pass a basic DBS / background check as we carry out work for mortgage lenders and banks.
The role will:
· Be an office-based role in South Liverpool working alongside a small admin team.
· Be full-time 9-5pm week days, although we may consider a minimum of 4 days.
· Be flexibility with hours according to business need, and to occasionally work outside normal office hours.
· Working well within a team environment.

Pay: £11.44 per hour
