We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our daily activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with precision.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team.
- Manage office communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems, both electronic and paper-based.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective communication.
- Handle general office duties, such as ordering supplies and managing office inventory.
- Support the HR department with onboarding and staff records management.
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of organisation and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- Professional and positive attitude, with strong interpersonal skills.
