Responsibilities of an Administrator Apprentice

  • Your daily mission will involve managing confidential client information in line with GDPR regulations
  • You will meticulously input this information into our client’s management database
  • You'll be responsible for scheduling initial consultations, setting up client files, liaising with clients on their specific needs, and ensuring the delivery of excellent end-to-end customer service
  • Additionally, you will oversee invoicing and billing processes to ensure timely payments.
  • At times, you may be required to cover our reception, providing clients with refreshments, and delivering outstanding in-person customer service
  • You may also be involved in assisting with various administrative tasks and handling post.
  • You will find yourself juggling phone calls, emails, room bookings, appointment bookings and managing the needs of multiple clients and departments simultaneously, ensuring that no client is ever overlooked or forgotten.
  • The experienced Operations Manager and Client Care Lead who will provide guidance and support to help you excel in this exhilarating role.

Requirements

  • Keen attention to detail, outstanding organisational skills, and positive and friendly demeanor positive impact on someone's day motivates you, and you possess exceptional in-person and telephone customer service skills
  • Your ability to defuse situations and comfort people through your words is an asset
  • You will have the ability to engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds while maintaining professionalism and approachability
  • You can maintain a positive attitude during stressful situations and can think on your feet
  • A high level of proficiency in English, both verbally and in writing, is essential to communicate with the clients
  • They highly value individuals who are self-motivated, results-oriented, and ambitious
  • Confident and polite manner
  • Good telephone manner
  • Good standard of literacy and numeracy
  • Able to understand the importance of confidentiality
  • Positive can-do attitude

Desired qualifications

  • You will have at least a GCSE level qualification in English and Math, with a minimum grade of 4/C (or equivalent)

Job Title: Administrator Apprentice

Apprenticeship: Business Administration Level 3

Contract: 18-month Fixed-Term contract.

Location: Hove

Salary: £16,000 - £18,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Full Time: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm
