Job Description

Positive Care Solutions exist to meet the needs of service users up to the age of 25 with mental health difficulties and neurodevelopmental difficulties within the community. Our specialist therapeutic intervention services assist those with conditions such as (but not limited to) Anxiety, PTSD, ASC, Depression and those that suffer with self-harm and suicidal ideation.

Job Overview

We are looking for a passionate, driven individual to join our team as an Administrator, providing support to our Senior Management Team and operations department. The ideal candidate will enjoy being involved in a wide range of administrative duties and be able to organise their own workload and be experienced in this area.

The Administrator role underpins all our work by demonstrating a commitment to quality and attention to detail, whilst having a professional and flexible approach.

Reporting to: Registered Manager / Operations Department

Objective of the Role: To provide an effective and varied administrative service to the Senior Management Team, ensuring operational processes, statutory requirements and regulatory procedures are met.

Main responsibilities

· Support the senior management team with a full and varied range of administrative
tasks.

· Create operational documentation and download service user reports, using in
house portal systems.

· Collate statistical information and create monitoring reports, using Microsoft
packages.

· Produce monthly meeting packs to a high standard.

· Arrange and service meetings, including taking notes and following up on previous
actions.

· Involvement in continuous improvement projects, by positively supporting
implementation of new processes or system development.

· Build excellent working relationships and communicate effectively with both
internal and external contacts, via phone, e-mail and in person.

· General office housekeeping duties, including managing office supplies, filing and
archiving.

Skills Required:

· Experience of providing administrative support at senior management level.

· Excellent written skills, to be able to create and format reports.

· Excellent verbal skills and able to communicate at all levels of the organisation.

· Strong collaboration skills and ability to build partnerships internally and externally

· Experience of arranging meetings, including taking notes and following up actions.

· Able to demonstrate an excellent standard of work and a well-organised workload.

· Positive approach to problem solving - solution orientated

· Able to work well in a pressurised and demanding environment

· A good knowledge of Microsoft Word, to be able to produce formal meeting packs.

· A good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, to be able to collate daily and monthly data

· Use of all other Microsoft packages, Outlook e-mail and in-house reporting systems

Essential attributes:

· Must have a minimum of 2-3 years previous experience in an administrative role.

· A personal experience, or professional knowledge, of health and social care or third
sector industries, is desirable
