We have an exciting opportunity to join our Profit Protection team as an Administrator. Based full time at our Support Centre in Speke, Liverpool, this role is 40 hours per week, 5/7 days, working 8:30am - 5:00pm.

As an Administrator, you will provide admin support to all our company car users, whilst ensuring that all vehicles in the fleet are fit for purpose, road worthy and maintained to a high standard.

The key accountabilities in the role are:

• Ensure all driver queries are dealt with quickly and effectively
• Maintain detailed records of vehicle inspections and minimise vehicle downtime, through planning and scheduling of servicing, MOT’s and repairs
• Ensure that all pool vehicles in the fleet are fit for purpose, road worthy and maintained to a high standard
• Offer guidance and admin support in respect of the vehicle accident process to ensure the process is undertaken efficiently and effectively and in accordance with the company and insurance policies and procedures
• Maintain driver and fleet records, keeping accurate records of fuel card usage
• Arrange hire vehicles & assist with handover/return of vehicles
• Operate control room equipment (CCTV)
• General administration duties to support the profit Protection team

The skills & experience required are:

• Highly organised, able to prioritise tasks, within a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional communication skills at all levels, both written and verbal
• Strong computer and database management skills
• The ability to work autonomously, whilst being a team player
• Self-motivated and driven to deliver results
• Be flexible with a can do attitude
• Full UK driving license
