Job Duties:

  • Handling general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management
  • Assisting with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
  • Responding to emails and phone calls in a professional manner
  • Supporting project teams with administrative support as needed
  • Preparing reports and presentations under the guidance of senior staff

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Education:

Minimum of GCSE qualifications including English and Mathematics

Experience:

Previous experience in a similar administrative role within the construction industry is desirable

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Knowledge of basic office procedures and best practises
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant vocational qualifications in administration or business management
  • Experience working with construction industry-specific software

Working Conditions:

This role is based in an office environment within the construction industry. The candidate may be required to work occasional overtime to meet project deadlines.
