Responsibilities
- Perform clerical tasks such as typing, filing, and data entry
- Manage office supplies and equipment
- Handle phone calls and correspondence with professionalism
- Organise and schedule appointments
- Assist in bookkeeping using QuickBooks
- Utilise Google Suite for various administrative tasks
Skills
- Proficient in Office and Clerical duties
- Knowledge of QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks
- Strong organisational skills
- Familiarity with Google Suite for office productivity
- Excellent administrative capabilities
- Good phone etiquette for effective communication
- Competent in data entry and computerised systems
