We are seeking a skilled administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be confident, detail-oriented, organised, possess excellent communication skills on the phone and in person, works well within a team and on their own accord.
Main Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with other team members to ensure smooth workflow
- Communicate with customers organising vehicle collection / drop off and updating them on their repairs accordingly, this will be through email or the telephone.
- Conduct data entry tasks accurately
- Accepting, logging and organising incoming parts
- General administration / reception duties (Answering telephone, copying, printing etc)
The successful candidate should ideally have experience within an office environment, and with an advantage within the automotive industry.
The hours are 3 days per week 9am - 4pm with 30 minute lunch break. Working days must be Wednesday and Friday with the third day the choice of the successful candidate, but must be a set day.
