We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed member of staff to join our friendly team. The successful candidate will undertake an apprenticeship in Childcare and learn all aspects of the role of a Childcare Practitioner. The role includes studying towards an NVQ qualification alongside working full at the setting with allocated study time.

You will be responsible for assisting with the care of children from aged 3 months to 4 years. Helping with setting up activities, keeping the children safe, engaging with them to extend their learning and development whilst providing opportunities for play. You will be required to assist at mealtimes and snack times and help maintain high standards of cleanliness.

You must have a genuine interest in a career in Childcare and a passion for working with children regardless of gender, ethnicity, ability and religious or cultural beliefs.

An excellent attitude to learning is required and a sense of fun.
