Bank Administration Assistant Physiotherapy – Renacres Hospital – Bank Hours

The role

We are looking for an experienced Administrator. This post is for a Bank Administration Assistant where you will be called in to work as and when the business needs, there could be very busy or quieter times.

This is an extremely busy role where you will be booking of inpatients and outpatient appointments, co-ordination of NHS administrative services, and providing a first-class Physiotherapy reception service for all users. We need an individual with a professional approach, excellent verbal communication skills, initiative, the ability to work within a team and adaptable. You must be computer literate – experience with Word and Outlook being essential. Previous use of an Electronic Patient Record system would be an advantage.
