Birchfield have an opportunity for the right candidate to join our team as a Care Assistant. Previous experience required and an NVQ2 in Health & Social Care is preferred but not necessary as you will be provided with fully funded, comprehensive and regular training and 3 months mentored support as well as being fully supported by the Home's Manager and Deputy.

This role is a permanent position with contract.

The successful candidate should be hard working, kind and passionate about care. You will take pride in your work and have a positive and supportive attitude so that residents feel respected, cared for and safe. You must be able to work as part of the team and have a positive outlook.
