Due to an internal promotion, we have an opportunity for a talented business support professional to join our team at KFM.
Working with the Director of Supply Chain & Procurement, you will provide a comprehensive administrative support service including diary and inbox management, servicing various meetings and committees, as well as offering support to senior colleagues across the directorate with duties including;

Your role will be instrumental in ensuring that the directorate operates smoothly and efficiently, contributing to a positive experience customers, stakeholders and colleagues.
To succeed in this role, you will need to be highly organised with a keen eye for detail, along with clear verbal and written communication skills and a pro-active approach; resulting in becoming a trusted source of information, guidance and signposting for colleagues from across the directorate.
As this role supports operational on-site teams, and a number of on-site / in person meetings there is a requirement to regularly be present onsite with 1-2 days working from home each week, diary dependent.
