Duties

• Handle incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
• Provide accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and policies.
• Analyse customer inquiries to identify needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Engage in upselling opportunities by promoting additional products or services that may benefit the customer.
• Perform data entry tasks accurately while maintaining up-to-date records of customer interactions.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer experience.
• Maintain a positive attitude while managing challenging situations or difficult customers.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a call centre or customer service environment is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess customer needs effectively.
• Familiarity with data entry processes and computer systems.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• A proactive approach to upselling and identifying opportunities for improvement in service delivery.
