We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others.

Duties

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, ensuring a professional and courteous interaction.
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services, addressing any questions or concerns.
• Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and cancellations.
• Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate customer records in our database.
• Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services during customer interactions.
• Analyse customer needs to provide tailored solutions and enhance their experience.
• Maintain a high level of phone etiquette while managing multiple calls effectively.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and share best practices.

Requirements

• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
• Experience in data entry with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records.
• Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role is an advantage.
• Ability to analyse customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Excellent phone etiquette with a friendly and professional demeanour.
• A proactive approach to upselling products or services when appropriate.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: From £24,127.00 per year
