You will be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services. Duties
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, ensuring a professional and courteous interaction.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services, addressing any questions or concerns.
- Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and cancellations.
- Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate customer records in our database.
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services during customer interactions.
- Analyse customer needs to provide tailored solutions and enhance their experience.
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette while managing multiple calls effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and share best practices.
Requirements
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Experience in data entry with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records.
- Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role is an advantage.
- Ability to analyse customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Excellent phone etiquette with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- A proactive approach to upselling products or services when appropriate.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
