Nexgen Locum is seeking highly motivated and compassionate Care Assistants to join our team and provide essential in-home support to clients in a supported living facility in Milton Keynes.

In this rewarding role, you'll play a vital role in promoting client independence and well-being. You'll provide a range of personalized care services, fostering a safe and comfortable home environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver person-centered care, assisting with daily living tasks such as washing, dressing, and toileting.
• Ensure medication adherence by providing timely reminders and administering medication as directed.
• Build rapport with clients, understanding their individual needs and preferences.
• Prepare nutritious and enjoyable meals to maintain client health.
• Manage light housekeeping duties, including shopping and maintaining a clean environment.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years experience as a Care Assistant or relevant healthcare setting.
• A valid UK driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
• Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
• A commitment to providing compassionate and dignified care.
