What you will do: 
 
As an Apprentice you will report to the European Compensation & Benefits Manager, you will have a unique opportunity to boost your career in Human Resources area and gain and grow your knowledge on rewards management and pay equity regulations in Europe. 
You will play a key role in developing the basic processes to optimize the effectiveness and efficiency of the pay gap reporting obligations. Your initial focus will be pay equity in the UK and at a later stage France, Germany and the rest of EU countries. You will help to develop the process and reporting method to comply with the UK Gender Pay Gap reporting and the upcoming EU Pay Transparency directive.
 
Your work will also include the study, analysis and processing of market data information and monitoring the competitiveness of our general compensation policies.

What You Will Need:
 

•    Strong analytical and organizational skills
•    Pragmatic, solution-mindset along with the ability to use data to interpret trends and influence strategic decisions and priorities
•    Resourceful, well organized and good team player with a positive mindset
•    Motivated to learn and to work in a multicultural environment 
•    Beside fluent English, the knowledge of additional European languages (e.g. French, German, Spanish) will be a plus
•    Strong MS Office skills (especially Excel)
•    37.5 hours per week including time for study.
