Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes following recipes and presentation guidelines
- Ensure the kitchen is clean, well-organised, and compliant with food safety standards
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver high-quality food promptly
- Monitor food supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is in good working order

Skills
- Proven experience as a Cook or similar role
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and practices
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
- Understanding of food safety regulations
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
