Role Overview: We are on the lookout for a Customer Sales Advisor who is passionate about driving sales and building meaningful relationships with the public. In this role, you will play a crucial part in promoting our non-profit partners' initiatives and generating support through direct interactions.
Responsibilities: - Approach and engage potential supporters and customers in a friendly and professional manner at various events and retail locations.
- Explain the benefits and impact of supporting our non-profit clients, providing clear and persuasive information.
- Achieve individual and team sales goals by effectively communicating the value of our clients’ causes.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales, providing insights to optimise strategies.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues in reaching shared objectives.
- Assist in setting up promotional materials and ensuring all events run smoothly.
Requirements: - Full and unrestricted right to work in the UK.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or sales role is preferred.
- Must not have applied to T9-Specialist within the past 30 days.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills with a proactive attitude.
