Location: Becket House, Worthing

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm

Job Summary and key responsibilities:

Our Customer Service Accounts Assistants are dedicated to ensuring they are building and maintaining strong working relationships with branch staff and managers to resolve queries in a timely manner. This is a role best suited to someone who enjoys customer service alongside financial administrative tasks to ensure a smooth end-to-end experience for our tenants and landlords.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting branch staff with errors on the system and general queries via telephone and Help Desk, within the agreed Service Level Agreement.
  • Assisting Landlords with queries via telephone and email
  • Reviewing Landlord and Tenant ledgers/accounts.
  • Refunding demands and fees generated in error.
  • Setting up/amending charges for rent, commission and other fees.
  • Transfer of funds to balance ledgers.
  • Building strong working relationship with Branch staff and Property Manager

  • A calm, authoritative manner on the phone with excellent communications skills allowing you to discuss queries with landlords when required.

  • Organised and methodical approach.
  • A passion for getting it right, first time.
