About The Role

Customer Care Advisor

Based at our Head Office in Milton Keynes

Excellent benefits and bonus- Mon – Fri 15:00-20:00


We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Care Advisor to join our friendly team in a recognized leading brand.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with previous experience in a customer complaints related role. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate first class customer service, an excellent telephone manner and good organisational skills.

Main duties of this role include;

  • Taking complaints from Customers via incoming calls, web form or emails via our social media team
  • You will be responsible for ensuring all communication records are accurate with sufficient detail
  • Request relevant information to be completed by Customers or Franchisees
  • Follow up complaints and ensure they are dealt with professionally and timely in line with the department’s service level standard

To be successful for this role, the below experiences is required;

  • High standard of written and spoken English
  • Previous experience in the customer complaints field – minimum of 1 year’s + experience
  • Experience using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems
  • Proven track record of dealing with complaints despite difficult situations, in a calm and professional manner

During our interview process, you will be required to complete an initial assessment based around logic.
