## Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in providing exceptional service to our customersin the cleaning janitorial sector. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and be proficient in using CRM to support customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.

## Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries and provide assistance
- Utilise CRM to manage customer accounts, update information, and track interactions
- Analyse customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience

## Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in using CRM software
- Familiarity with financial services products and terminology is advantageous
- Ability to analyse customer requirements and provide tailored solutions
