Job Title: Experienced Bricklayer or Site Joiner (Extensions & Dormers)

Location: Bradford, West Yorkshire

Salary: £200-£250 per day

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bricklayer or Site Joiner with at least 10 years of total construction experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record working on domestic projects, with a minimum of 5 years' experience specialising in extensions and dormers. You must provide proof of completion for several extension and dormer jobs.

Requirements:

Trade Qualification: Level 2 or 3 in either Bricklaying or Site Joinery (Bricklaying preferred)

Experience: Minimum 10 years in the construction industry, including 5+ years working on domestic projects (extensions and dormers essential)

Proof of Work: Evidence of having completed multiple extension and dormer jobs is required.

Tools & Van: Having your own tools and van is preferred, but not essential.

Pay & Benefits:Day rate: £200-£250 depending on experience, tools, and van

Flexible pay structure for candidates who do not have tools or a van.
