We are currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Fulfilment Operative to support our warehouse operations. As a Fulfilment Operative, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our warehouse operations run smoothly and efficiently. This is a fast-paced environment that demands attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

 Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure that all products are handled and stored with care.
• Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and HLOP, in a safe and responsible manner.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Meet or exceed productivity targets and work efficiently to meet customer demands.
• Adhere to all health and safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Previous experience working in a warehouse or fulfilment role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using technology and WMS (experience of (Mintsoft) is preferred)
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for lengthy periods of time.
• Forklift certification is an asset but not essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
