Role: Groundworker

Location: Dorchester

Responsibilities:

• Prepare construction sites by clearing and levelling the ground.
• Lay foundations, install drainage systems, and construct pathways.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient project execution.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized worksite.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Groundworker.
• Proficiency in various groundwork techniques and the operation of related equipment.
• Strong knowledge of safety guidelines and construction standards.
• Ability to work efficiently as part of a team and follow project plans.
• Commitment to quality workmanship and attention to detail.
• CSCS/CPCS card.
