We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team. You must be able to work every other weekend and have access to a vehicle with UK driving licence. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will provide essential support and care to those living within their own home. Your role will involve assisting with daily activities, ensuring the well-being of patients, and maintaining accurate records.

Duties:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Help clients with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety at all times
- Support clients taking medication as prescribed
- Follow care plans and provide assistance accordingly
- Communicate effectively with clients and their families
- Provide emotional support to patients and promote their independence
- Use IT systems to update patient records accurately
