We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Inbound Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a friendly demeanour, and the ability to handle inquiries efficiently. As an Inbound Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.

Duties

• Respond promptly to incoming calls from customers, addressing inquiries and providing accurate information.
• Utilise effective phone etiquette to create a positive customer experience.
• Perform data entry tasks accurately while maintaining attention to detail.
• Analyse customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary.
• Communicate clearly with customers, ensuring they understand the information provided.
• Engage in upselling opportunities where appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Maintain an organised record of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and resolve customer issues.

Experience

• Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role is preferred but not essential.
• Strong data entry skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly.
• Familiarity with upselling techniques is an advantage.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work under pressure.

Pay: From £24,521.00 per year
