Hybrid – Solihull (2 days per week) with occasional UK travel

£35,000 per annum plus benefits

Do you have experience analysing large data sets, managing project resources, and driving operational excellence in HR transitions? Serco is looking for a MyHR Transitions and Project Resource Lead to join our team in Solihull.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the transactional operations for transition projects; managing a team of Coordinators who support the smooth management of TUPE transfers in and out of Serco, and handle data requests related to these transitions. You will also be responsible for the allocation of projects across the MyHR Change Team, ensuring clear visibility of the project pipeline, assigning team resources and managing associated costs.

You will be leading a team of dedicated professionals, driving performance against SLAs and KPIs while continually improving processes and systems for enhanced efficiency.

As part of this you’ll: Engage with UK&E HR stakeholders to ensure all transition needs are met, acting as a key escalation point. Maintain a robust resource plan aligned with the MyHR service project pipeline to ensure optimal utilisation. Lead your team to support key HR transitions, ensuring compliance with TUPE regulations and project milestones. Oversee the daily operations of your team, ensuring clear objectives, managing risks, and identifying development needs. Ensure accurate and timely project tracking and reporting for senior stakeholders. Identify areas for automation to increase team capacity and reduce inefficiencies.

What you’ll need to do the role: Strong data management, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proven experience building relationships with senior stakeholders and influencing positive outcomes. A customer-focused approach with a history of delivering service enhancements. Advanced skills in MS Office (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge or experience in TUPE transitions or HR transformation is highly desirable.
