Job Description

Job Title: Payroll Administrator
Shift times: 40 hours per week, 3 days in office, 2 days remote.
Salary: £30,000 per annum pro rata
Location: Coventry CV4 8JP

Manpower is recruiting on behalf of our national client for engaged candidates to join their Payroll team. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and compliant payroll processing. This involves meticulously calculating hours, overtime, and deductions.

You will manage payroll records, generate reports, and promptly address discrepancies. Additionally, you will stay up-to-date on payroll regulations, prepare statutory reports, and assist with benefits administration. Using effective communication across departments and have an proactive approach to ad hoc projects.

This is a 2 month assignment with the potential of extension.

To succeed, you will need:

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Strong IT skills, especially in Excel
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Experience as a Payroll Administrator or in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of payroll processes, regulations, and compliance
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with payroll software and systems such as SAP/SAGE
