Established in May 1985, Hilton Meat Products Limited is the United Kingdom’s only dedicated offal factory and the largest importer of New Zealand and Australian offal’s supplying UK Multiples.

Hilton Meat Products is part of the Fane Valley Group of Companies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for production and processing of product within the factory and assist in the smooth running of the production line.

The Production Operative will be involved a variety of production jobs, which will include butchery, packing, loading and despatch.

Responsibilities:

• To work at various stations within Production as directed by Line Supervisors;
• To assist with the unloading of raw material from containers;
• Strip supply of raw material as and when instructed;
• Assist Hygiene/Intake/Despatch Departments as and when required.

Candidate Requirements:

• Have previous experience in a food processing environment;
• The ability to work with minimum supervision and as part of a team;
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preference will be given to candidates who have:

• Previous experience in an offal processing environment;
• A Basic Food Hygiene Certificate;
• A forklift licence.

Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 08:00- 12:00
