Duties
- Manage and coordinate office activities and operations
- Handle incoming calls, emails, helpdesk, and correspondence
- Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring accuracy and organisation
- Assist with IT-related tasks and software applications
- Use Sage and Microsoft Word proficiently
- Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and colleagues
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
