Spark Innovations is excited to announce the opening of a new branch in Glasgow, and we are on the lookout for dynamic and driven Sales Advisors to join our growing team! We partner with leading energy and telecommunication companies to offer sustainable energy solutions and high-speed fibre-optic services to homes and businesses. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for sales who wants to make a meaningful impact by helping customers navigate through the energy crisis and prepare for a fibre-optic future.

Responsibilities:

• Actively engage with customers through B2C methods to promote and sell our energy and telecommunication products and services.
• Provide personalised advice and recommendations to customers based on their individual needs.
• Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of our products, services, and the latest industry trends to effectively communicate benefits to customers.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using our CRM system.
• Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a direct customer-facing role.
• Full, unrestricted right to work in the UK (Tier 4 and PSW visas are not eligible).
• Must not have applied to Spark Innovations in the last 30 days.
• Strong communication skills with a confident and persuasive approach.
• Results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving sales targets.

Benefits:

• Salary: £22,000 - £26,000 per annum plus uncapped commission.
