Job Summary
We are seeking a Sales Assistant to join our team. We are openning a kiosk in the Kings Fisher to sell hats, scarves and gloves in the middle of mall from now until beginning of February.
The ideal candidate will assist customers in making purchasing decisions and contribute to achieving sales targets. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers in a professional manner, providing product information and assistance
- Use phone etiquette to handle incoming calls and make outbound calls to follow up on leads
- Utilise upselling techniques to increase sales opportunities
- Assist in maintaining an organised sales floor
- Support the sales team in achieving targets by actively promoting products
- Conduct basic maths calculations for transactions and inventory management
- Manage time effectively to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Qualifications
- Proficient in English, both verbal and written
- Bilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, would be advantageous
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to sell products effectively and meet sales goals
- Basic maths skills for processing transactions accurately
- Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £11.00-£13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
