We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Sales Assistant to join the team at O'doe by Triple Scoop. As a Sales Assistant, you will play an important role in ensuring the store runs smoothly, supporting team members, and providing exceptional service to every customer. Your ability to work in a fast-paced environment while upholding hygiene and safety standards will be key to thriving in this role.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-presented before, during, and after service.
• Respond to customer and team member requests in a timely and helpful manner.
• Promote and sell our products and special offers during customer interactions.
• Assist in the training and development of team members through guidance and support.
• Take responsibility for your personal growth by engaging in continuous learning and development.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages in line with hygiene, health, and safety standards.
• Deliver service that consistently meets O'doe by Triple Scoop’s brand expectations.
• Provide fast and efficient service to all guests.
• Ensure the health and safety of yourself, colleagues, and customers at all times.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and in accordance with company policies.
• Safeguard the security of cash, stock, premises, and personnel by adhering to security protocols.
• Maintain food safety, health, and safety records, ensuring all practices are followed to the highest standard.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude toward customer service.
• Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to maintaining hygiene, health, and safety standards.
• Attention to detail in handling cash and adhering to security procedures.
• Previous experience in retail, food service, or customer service is preferred but not essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £8.50-£12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 35 per week
