Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Sales Assistant to join the team at O'doe by Triple Scoop. The ideal candidate will be passionate about customer service, committed to maintaining our high standards, and eager to contribute to the success of the business. As a Sales Assistant, you will play an important role in ensuring the store runs smoothly, supporting team members, and providing exceptional service to every customer. Your ability to work in a fast-paced environment while upholding hygiene and safety standards will be key to thriving in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-presented before, during, and after service.
  • Respond to customer and team member requests in a timely and helpful manner.
  • Promote and sell our products and special offers during customer interactions.
  • Assist in the training and development of team members through guidance and support.
  • Take responsibility for your personal growth by engaging in continuous learning and development.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages in line with hygiene, health, and safety standards.
  • Deliver service that consistently meets O'doe by Triple Scoop’s brand expectations.
  • Provide fast and efficient service to all guests.
  • Ensure the health and safety of yourself, colleagues, and customers at all times.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and in accordance with company policies.
  • Safeguard the security of cash, stock, premises, and personnel by adhering to security protocols.
  • Maintain food safety, health, and safety records, ensuring all practices are followed to the highest standard.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude toward customer service.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to maintaining hygiene, health, and safety standards.
  • Attention to detail in handling cash and adhering to security procedures.
  • Previous experience in retail, food service, or customer service is preferred but not essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £8.50-£12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 35 per week
