Sales Ledger Administrator

Hours: Full-Time - 35 hours per week

Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and one Saturday morning in four (8am to 12pm)

£12.50 per hour

Location: Clyde Gateway East, 2 Colliery Gate, Glasgow, G32 8RH

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sales Ledger Administrator to join Scotland’s Number 1 Prestige Vehicle Accident Repairer in our State of the Art Bodyshop in Glasgow.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum 2 years experience of Sales Ledger Processing, ideally within the Motor Trade.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Taking ownership of the Sales Ledger process
• Using management/job costing system (Autoflow)
• Liaising with other departments, in particular Estimating, Parts, Accounts and Engineering
• Reporting to the Management Team using Excel
• Assisting other departments
• Ad-hoc administration duties
• Customer facing duties

Skills and Experience Required:-

• Minimum 2 years Sales Ledger experience
• Experience in using Excel
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to produce work within tight timescales in a fast paced environment
• Experience of Autoflow or similar management/job costing system is desirable
• Experience within the motor trade is desirable
