Seasonal Stockroom Assistant (20hr) - (Bond Street)


Tis the season to be shopping and coming together!

Dr.Martens is getting ready for the festive rush and we need your help.


We are looking for flexible part-time Stockroom Assistants to join our team at our Bond Street store during the busy Christmas period for 20 hours a week. We need Monday-Friday availability for this role.


Our Stock Assistants are the backbone of our store during the hectic holiday season. Without them, we would not be able to provide the exceptional customer service that sets us apart.


Our Stock Assistants take their love for Dr.Martens and turn it into a memorable customer experience, ensuring that our customers find exactly what they are looking for and leave our stores with a smile. If you are passionate about Dr.Martens and have an outgoing personality, this could be the perfect role for you this season!


THE GIG

  • Great understanding of the stock we carry so you can influence alternatives to the shop team.
  • General stockroom duties that include keeping the stockrooms tidy, organised and pair checked.
  • Efficiently running shoes from the stockroom to the shop floor assistants so they can serve our customers promptly.
  • Follow operating procedures, such as handling deliveries and ensuring timely replenishment.
  • Show empathy, work well within a team, and provide support as needed.


To be our Stock Assistant during this busy period, you should also possess these qualities:

  • Experience in a fast-paced customer facing environment, a bonus if this is within a fashion/footwear/lifestyle brand would be like finding an extra present under the tree!
  • Ability to harness resilience and work under pressure, our stores get busy and lots of customers need & want your attention.
  • Be a proud ambassador of our brand and culture, embodying our values and encouraging others to do the same, even when the shop floor is extremely busy.
  • A strong grasp of customer service and ability to connect with different customers.
  • Be professional, authentic and fearless in your approach!
  • Flexibility in availability is essential - shifts may vary week to week, and we will need your flexibility to cover different days and times during this busy period.
