Warehouse Operative

We are recruiting full teams of warehouse operatives on a permanent, full-time basis, based out of Corby Shared User. Employed on a permanent contract you will be responsible for the picking and packing of customers' orders to the highest standard with immediate start dates available.

Nights: Sunday to Thursday 10pm to 6am

Day to Day

  • Picking, inspecting and/or packing according to customers instructions using either electronic scanners or manual pick sheets.
  • Operating in line with Wincanton Health & Safety policies to ensure the safety of yourself and those around you.
  • Able to work in line with KPI’s.

What will you bring?

  • Basic English language skills
  • Team player with good communication skills who can follow instructions.
  • Attention to detail to ensure pick accuracy.
  • Good timekeeper who is punctual and can work to deadlines.
