STOCK ADMINISTRATOR - POD & PERPETUAL INVENTORY CLERK

HAMS HALL - B46

Challengetrg have this unique opportunity for Stock Admin Clerks to join the Team at GXO in Hams Hall. The positions require the individuals to be flexible in all aspects of on-site administration within the Company. The positions can go Perm for the right Candidate. Warehouse background preferred

Shift Pattern Mon - Friday - preferred working hours 08.00 - 16.00. Rate £11.44

Site can flex to suit the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities will include: -

  • Process and chase Proof of Delivery for deliveries made via GXO fleet and hauliers.
  • Arrange daily perpetual inventory counts for multi-contracts.
  • Reconcile stock discrepancies resulting from Perpetual Inventory
  • Investigate potential picking errors.
  • Maintain controls for returned and damaged stock.
  • Effective communication of issues with both internal departments/ external customs
  • The ability to prioritise work duties within the busy environment.
  • Perform daily system hygiene checks.
  • Clear communication of shift hand-over duties.
  • Expedite unresolved matters within a sensible time frame.

The key requirements of this role include:-

  • Numerate and inquisitive
  • Preferred experience of SAP LES
  • Excellent organisation skills and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to change and learn new skills and techniques.
  • Scissor lift trained preferred but not essential (training will be given)
  • Effective Team Play good written and oral communication.
  • Financial Awareness
  • Microsoft Skills, Excel. Word. Outlook. Basic to intermediate level
  • Flexible approach to working hours.
