The Swan In The Rushes requires a competent, highly-motivated, confident and focussed individual to take on the role of Supervisor.

The candidate will be responsible for all aspects of assisting the manager of this site. There is a first-floor events space with an outside terrace and the pub currently has a good outdoor seating and social event area.

The Swan is a local’s pub that also works closely with the local student’s union/student’s societies/student events. The pub has an independent food operator who rents the kitchen providing all catering requirements within the pub. You will need to help and continue the good work of taking the food to the next level for the pub.

Applicants should have the ability to do manual handling and heavy lifting, along with a passion for first class customer service.
