Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations within the restaurant, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to company policies.
• Manage and train team members in food preparation, bartending, and hospitality best practices.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness throughout the establishment.
• Assist in scheduling staff shifts and managing team performance to meet operational goals.
• Provide support and guidance to team members, fostering an environment of teamwork and collaboration.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and practices within the restaurant industry.
• Proven experience in food production and preparation techniques.
• Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse group of individuals.
• Previous supervisory experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £11.80 per hour
