Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations within the restaurant, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to company policies.
- Manage and train team members in food preparation, bartending, and hospitality best practices.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness throughout the establishment.
- Assist in scheduling staff shifts and managing team performance to meet operational goals.
- Provide support and guidance to team members, fostering an environment of teamwork and collaboration.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and practices within the restaurant industry.
- Proven experience in food production and preparation techniques.
- Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse group of individuals.
- Previous supervisory experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred.
