4S Distribution Ltd are looking to recruit a FLT / Warehouse Operative for their new site at S60 1FB .

Hours: Monday to Friday 11am to 9pm

Job purpose and responsibilities:

Responsible for loading and unloading vehicles whilst ensuring that safe working practices are maintained and adhered to in accordance with company Health & Safety procedures.

Responsibilities / Duties:

• Checking and verifying customer orders prior to vehicle loading
• Loading and Unloading vehicles using the Counterbalance FLT
• Making ad hoc local deliveries using company van
• Keeping warehouse and surrounding grounds clean and tidy
• Ensure Health and Safety guidelines are adhered to
• Working to quality standards

Skills and experience

• Fork Lift Truck License Counterbalance
• Valid driving license
• Experience of using hand scanners / warehouse management systems beneficial
• Manual Handling
• Self-motivated and disciplined
• Warehouse Experience
• An ability to work unsupervised to the required standard
• Numeracy and literacy skills
• An ability to be flexibility
