Our Warehouse Operatives are essential to the day to day running of our manufacturing service. As a member of the team, you’ll sit at the heart of one of our essential operations.

A day in the life of a DoorCo Warehouse Operative will include a range of tasks, including, but not limited to:

• Picking/Packing doors, glass, and cassettes for despatch & internal customers same day or next day delivery.
• Scanning and updating the Stockist Warehouse Management System.
• Quality checking items prior to despatch.
• Receiving in goods and organising the Warehouse
• Managing stock replenishment.
• Monitoring and investigating stock discrepancies.
• Maintaining an organised warehouse.
• Other ad-hoc duties required

We are looking for candidates who have;

• A safety-first mentality and an understanding of health and safety requirements
• Experience and a proven history of following SOP’s
• A desire to improve efficiency
• A ‘can do’ flexible attitude
• Willingness to be assigned to other areas of the facility when required.
• Attention to detail
• Reliability, being able to show an excellent timekeeping and attendance record
• FLT qualifications would be advantageous but not essential
• Numerate, ability to work quickly accurately and pay attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Hands on commitment to getting the job done.
• Strong organisational and time management skills
