About the role

We are looking for a proactive, energetic and enthusiastic Warehouse Supervisor (known internally as Area Coordinator) to work days at our Customer Fulfillment Center (CFC) in Bristol. You will be responsible for all on-shift operational and front-line auxiliary activities that support the successful delivery of KPI’s for a specific Business Unit within the Logistics Operation. Additionally, you will support the Area Managers to provide a safe and respectful work environment delivering outstanding service to internal and external customers.

Following a shift pattern working any 4 on/ 4 off (including weekends) in an operational 24/7 environment. Shifts are 12 hours in length (0600-1800)

About you

You will be Living and breathing our 5 Pillars - Safety, People, Customer Quality and Delivery.

You will need to have good numerical skills and the ability to work within a target/KPI driven framework. You will be pc literate and be able to use Excel, Google Operating systems and Microsoft. Good verbal and written communication skills are essential with the ability to interact positively with all levels. Previous management skills and knowledge of Warehouse Management systems would be preferred as well as experience working in a 24/7 operation
