Job Overview: We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse facility and leading a team of seven. You will have a strong background in warehouse management, team leadership and logistics.

Working hours: 5.00am until 14.30pm.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Oversee the receiving, storing, and dispatching of goods.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate warehouse staff, ensuring high productivity and morale.
• Safety Compliance: Implement and monitor safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Order Fulfilment: Ensure accurate picking, packing, and shipping of orders.
• Quality Control: Maintain high standards of quality for all warehouse operations.
• Customer Service: Address and resolve any issues related to shipments and inventory.
• Stock Management: Monitor stock levels, manage stock rotation, and reduce stock loss.
• Warehouse Maintenance: Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
• Reporting: Prepare and maintain records of inventory, shipments, and other warehouse activities.
• Training: Train new staff and provide ongoing training to existing employees.
