YOUR ROLE

Our Transport Centre of Excellence team have an exciting opportunity motivated and meticulous Fleet Coordinator where you will support with the enhancement of our fleet service offering responsible for company car management, CEVA’s commercial fleet activities and assets.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Reporting into the Head of Fleet Performance, you will take sole ownership for the company car fleet, ensuring eligibility, ordering, approval, delivery, reallocation, and the returns process are closely monitored and executed in line with company policy. You will work in partnership with the Transport CPC Managers and Drivers across the business to keep vehicle MOT, servicing, and inspections up to date and maintained in line with DVSA and roadworthiness guidelines for both commercial and car fleet.

You will extract and analyse transportation data related to fleet performance, ordering, costs, and administration; therefore, you will be proficient in using TMS systems and MS Excel.

This is a Monday to Friday, hybrid role, 40 hours a week.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Our ideal candidate will have proven experience of fleet management and the coordination of a company car fleet. You will be knowledgeable with transport compliance and legislation and confident in your ability to engage with a wider range of stakeholders both internally and externally.

You will be a motivated and commitment self-starter who can manage their own workload effectively and prioritize tasks in accordance with business requirements. Due to the nature of the role, you will need demonstrable data entry and analysis experience and be able to utilise Microsoft packages alongside transport systems.
